Bought my Audi s3 from these guys last week. Was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Dan handed me the keys and left me to look around at my own leisure. Including going for a solo drive. At no point did I feel pressured. The car was ready after a few days. After being fully serviced ( including pad/disc change). Full MOT and Dan sorted the tax for me. Even put some more fuel in it for me. I was left very pleased with the service. A solid dealership, I'll definitely recommend to anyone.

We are new to the area and were looking for a replacement for my wife's 5 year old Smart Car. She has been wanting a Mini for the last few years and we saw a 2016 Mini online at Volksworld and made enquiries about it. That specific car wasn't right for us so Darren sourced a different vehicle, bought it on spec and had it delivered to their premises for us to look at with no obligation to buy.
At the same time, they bought two other Mini's and it was one of those that caught our eye - and yes it was more money than the one we'd originally wanted to look at! And once my wife drove the more expensive Mini; she was hooked and I knew I was in trouble!.
We arranged a deal that day and my wife picked up her new car three days later. They even put her private plates on it at no cost to us. At all times, they were professional, friendly and very easy to deal with.
When we are looking to replace my car (sometime next year if my finances recover); I'll definitely return to them to see what they can find me.

Just part exchanged my vehicle and had the pleasure of dealing with Darren. I do not live locally but that did not affect the excellent level of service Darren provided - he sent me a great video of the vehicle I was interest in and after sending a video of my own vehicle he offered a fair and honest part exchange valuation. On the day of viewing/purchasing my vehicle, the car was ready and was in superb condition as per the websites description and video. Nothing was a problem for Darren and he was able to answer all my questions and made the whole process very easy. I also had a private registration on my part-exchange vehicle - even though the online system for transfer was not working (not the companies fault) Darren took it upon himself to finalise all this paperwork on my behalf. I am very happy with my new vehicle and would highly recommend Volks World, so much so I would be happy to travel again in the future to purchase future vehicles.

Purchased Range Rover Evoque about 6 weeks ago from Volksworld. Was a 350 round mile trip, and was hoping not to be a wasted journey. From the initial phone call and the test drive, it could not have been a more pleasurable experience (even though i was spending £££). Customer service was and has been 12/10 from these guys. Nothing has been a problem. We had one issue, and it was resolved immediately several weeks after taking the car. That's a measure to me! Lovely guys, great customer service and i wish them every success (deserved). I hope they have something to temp me with another purchase.

I found another M3 that Darren had and he was extremely helpful and helped with advice in returning the other car. Collection time. I have been using Louth Volksworld for the last 12 years. They have serviced my cars, even allowed them to service my Porsche that's how much I trust them. There service is second to none. I would and I do recommend their service department. Also they have a fantastic array of used Cars for sale. My Husband has last week bought a Voice C30 from them and he loves it. They way that they prepare their cars for collecting is spot on. Even down to an Air freshener in the side pocket. The little touches count. If you are thinking if changing your Car go down and have a browse around their selection. You will be surprised. If you can't see exactly what you want then talk to them give them a chance to find you one.

I have had a stage 1 Revo Re-map on my new TSI Octavia VRS - and these guys don't just deliver on how great the product is, they really understand and deliver on what customer service is all about. My fuel economy is around 3-4mpg better when on a long drive, and power when overtaking is awesome. I can't see how such a reputable and professional re-map would "shoot a con-rod" like the previous review - it was explained to me how safety and reliability is really important with Revo. Did the guy with the MPS actually get a Revo map at volksworld? Is pretty much condredicts everything which every other review says! Good job guys
